We have an excellent, professional staff.  Once we realize it's a mutually-beneficial win-win fit, employees have a tendency to enjoy working here and stay for many years. 

 

Our owner, Drew Crandall, has an empowerment approach to leadership.  He is not a micro-manager, but seeks to create a work environment that enables employees to work at peak performance.  It is our stated goal to operate the business each day in peace, productivity, and profitability.

 

Drew is also dedicated, to the highest degree possible, to provide stable employment opportunities for people who demonstrate integrity, reliability, good attitude, and strong performance.  KEEP IN TOUCH has not had a layoff since 1991, during the deep and brutal recession in Connecticut. 

 

We currently do not have any openings, but interested candidates are welcome to submit their resumes for future consideration.  Several of our current employees were hired months or years later, because we saved their information and contacted them later.     


Our standards are high!

 

Integrity is a must!  Job candidates must agree to background checks, and new employees must sign a non-disclosure statement.  Our clients trust us with confidential, proprietary information that is not for public disclosure.  That's why we do not publish our client list.
