We've been monitoring newspapers and magazines across Connecticut since 1991. Even in today's high-tech world, contrary to popular belief, publishers do NOT publish all of their content online. There is little if any financial incentive for them to give away 100% of their editorial content for free. Some have experimented with a paid online edition, with limited success.
So, hiring us to track hard copy print media is still very relevant and helpful. We subscribe to all dailies, most community newspapers (except for a few that don't offer mail subscriptions), various monthly and bi-monthly magazines, and business publications. Our staff meticulously reads them, captures the information that's helpful to clients based on the keywords they've hired us to track, and then delivers the clips to clients. It is a very painstaking, detail-oriented task that requires focus and diligence.
